Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. All products purchased from Homalit AU are covered by our 30-day no-reason return and refund policy.

30-Day No-Reason Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, even if you simply change your mind. Items should be returned in a reasonable condition with all included accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase where possible.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Our team will provide return instructions as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping and Authorisation

You must print the return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package. Please cut out the return authorisation label and place it inside the package.

You will need to pay the return postage upfront. If the return is due to our responsibility, we will reimburse the return postage separately through another payment method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will process the product refund and any eligible return-postage refund within three days. Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another payment method, as applicable.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
