Homalit AU provides fast and reliable delivery for customers across Australia, dispatching directly from our local Australian warehouse.

Free Delivery Areas

We offer free delivery across Australia, excluding the Northern Territory and Tasmania.

Northern Territory and Tasmania

Orders shipping to the Northern Territory or Tasmania may not qualify for free delivery. If additional shipping arrangements or charges apply, we will provide the relevant information during checkout or contact you before dispatch.

Order Handling and Processing Times

Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Orders placed before the cutoff time on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Our standard Order Handling Time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) from our Australian warehouse.

Delivery Transit Timeframes

Once dispatched, the standard Transit Time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total expected delivery time (Handling Time + Transit Time) is approximately 4 to 7 business days. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier used. Metro areas are usually faster, while regional and remote areas may take longer.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
